Appearance: medium ruby. Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of violet dark cherry, dark plum, vanilla, nutmeg, black pepper. It’s developing. Palate: dry, high acidity, high alcohol, full body, medium plus flavour intensity, medium plus to long finish. Overall, it’s a very good wine. Can drink now, has potential for further ageing. Typical Barossa style Shiraz. Big, bold and punch on the face. Dark fruits and a lot of oak spices but not overpowering. A wine to cellar.

Bright fruit, needs more tie to hit secondary notes but drinking very well with an hour in the decanter
