Pale golden colour. Medium nose with green apples, peach, apricot, wet stone, smoke, butter or brioche. Medium (+) taste of green apples, peach, lemon, wet stone, smoke, butter and brioche. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. An outstanding Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru with a wonderful length. Drinks well now, but could do five years to develop further. Goes well with cheeses, fish and shellfish.
