Zuerst ein ganz schöner Stinker. Legt sich aber nach 15 Minuten. Pulsierendes und undurchschaubares rot. Deutliche Erdbeere, Kirsche und schwarzer Tee. Bisschen Gras und Kräuter zum Ende. Schöne Saftigkeit, nach den ersten paar Schlücken. Am ersten Tag wesentlich besser als am zweiten (dritter Tag offene Flasche).

2019, Colere scarico, fresco, vibrante, un tannino deciso, i tratti acerbi sono persino nei profumi, principalmente floreali, ma nel complesso bilanciato e gradevole.

Fun fact- as of 2019 vintage the name of this blend has changed from Coume de L'Olla to just Olla. Why? Apparently most people weren't able to pronounce it correctly.

Quite light red. But then the wine is made of 40 % Grenache Gris and 20 % Macabeo, plus 40 % Grenache. Delicious aromas of red berries, herbs and just a little funky barnyard. Light, juicy, forward and savoury in the mouth. Still with with nicely balancing tannins and acidity.
