  Just not looking 100% unfortunately. A dirty earthy note runs over the palate and a good chance the wine was corked buy I could not be 100% sure. Palate structure is wonderful - classic high grade Provence with silky thick lines and a mild acid spike to finish. It is (very) clear this would be excellent gear if the bottle was ship-shape. Will need to look at it again.
