Lemon, wild thyme honey, a touch of sandalwood - aromatically this simple, but each component is so pure and vivid, expressing its own depth (depth/complexity of lemon itself x depth/complexity of honey itself). Palate is also simple and complex - dry and saline but well structured acidic volume is there, medium++ finish. Overall rich and refreshing at the same time. Utterly delicious. 90-91.

Nice dry white wine with flavors of peach, glycerine, saline and stone/minerality. Reminded me of wines from the Liqurian coast. Had this without food, but would probably work well with seafood and shellfish.

A discreet nose of white flowers, white peach, spice and salty mineral. The palate is textural and seems neutral of flavour at first. All elements are beautifully balanced and there are subtle nuances that become evident as you work into the bottle. The finish is bone dry and thirst quenching. A thoroughly satisfying wine.

This was a new grape for me (Catarratto).
