  • By the glass. Red berries and cherries, both ripe, on the nose. Strongly structured wine with a tight acidity and a long aftertaste. Some elegant but hard facet, rough, heavy, tannic and predictable as a whole. It is always difficult to find a Chinon at its right, optimum point.

    Por copas. Bayas rojas y cerezas, ambas maduras, en nariz. Vino fuertemente estructurado con una ajustada acidez y un largo postgusto. Alguna faceta elegante pero duro, aspero, pesado, tánico y predecible en su conjunto. Siempre es difícil encontrar un Chinon en su punto óptimo.
