  Really great value in this South African Chenin Blanc at $14.95. ... Medium minus straw with hints of green, medium minus viscosity.
  
  On the nose, youthful medium plus intensity, peach, citrus, celery, asparagus, yogurt, oily/waxy, slight mushroom note, very chalky limestone minerality, possible subtle use of oak.
  
  On the palate, matches nose with roasted/toasted notes indicating some aging on lees. Medium plus acidity and complexity, medium body.
  
  Pair with lighter seafood and young cheeses.
