Bottled Jan-19, Disgorged Dec-20. <3 g/l dosage. 90% Xinomavro, 10% Assyrtiko.
Pale gold. Creamy mousse.
Pronounced on the nose with red apple, red currant, pear, lemon, brioche, and bread. Youthful.
Pronounced and dry on the palate with red cherry coming through. Medium minus body, medium alcohol, high acidity, long finish.
Can drink now but has potential for aging.
Reminded me of a blanc de noirs champagne. Delicious wine.

Lovely mousse as always in Karanika's wines. Ripe citrus, earthy, brioche peeking out. Medium bodied with high acidity, good depth of flavour. 91-92.
