Pop and pour and enjoyed over three days, often at various temperatures from cellar temp, to chilled and at room temperature. Light straw color. Nose offers stone fruit, white flowers and hint of wet seashells. Good texture in the mouth while retaining a lightness in weight. Fresh stone fruit with good acidity. Fresh and vibrant. Cool weather fruit. Quite delicious.

Similar to the other Sandar & Hem that I’ve had (from their BD Chard pack), it was well made but perhaps on the subtle side for my tastes
