Opened a bottle last night to share at a non-geek event. Not yet oxidized so others were okay with it, but there was some pruniness floating around in the background that suggests it's on its way out. Not an expensive wine but it's from an expensive producer, and I would have expected more shelf life. Drink sooner than later.

Another solid WA Cab with cassis, spruce and mocha but I prefer Auclair for the same price.

Tasted after 1 hour of air. Some plum on the nose. Round red berry fruits. Some sweetness but with good grip. Some spice. Medium finish.
