I find it interesting that pro reviewers of champagne (and drinkers in general), can have such different interpretations of flavor profile and texture of champagne. Admittedly not an expert, I’m picking up flavors of apricot, raspberry and pie pastry. Feels like medium bodied with a creamy texture on the palate, with just enough uplifting acidity on the finish to balance the body. Very good and great value. Recommended.

Dégorgé fourth quartal 2022. Pale yellow colour. Vivid mousse. On the nose very expressive. Lovely perfume of honey, lemondrops, apples, mineral water, wet pebbles. On the palate a vast and expanding taste, minerals, lemon with a hint of honey. Some grapefruit in the finish. Strong, but not sharp, acidity. Surprising in it's intensity.

Gosset is always good, but this bottle was just plain vanilla.

A little bit more richness and decision to it.
