  Det här är riktigt bra. Ålderns visar nu en fin balans mellan de torkade och de färska druvorna. Hög klass som så bör, bra nu men kommer hålla minst 5 år till. Tror dock inte på se mycket mer utveckling. Vinet var idag för ”mycket” för en majskyckling med röd risotto. Kräver ost för att nå full potential samt gärna dekantering med >2h.

  Decanted 45 min. Drank over 2 days. Day 2 was a bit stronger taste than day 1. Consistent tastes of cherries, raisins, darker fruits. Nice acidity. Medium- body.

  Pronounced nose intensity of cassis, prune, fig, cooked black fruits. High alcohol. High acidity and high tannin. Tannin is not harsh.

  As part of a wine pairing. Classy, robust wine worth buying again. Complex and concentrated without being overpowering. Paired with pork belly in a mole sauce

  [Restaurant purchase] Much better than expected, sour cherries, combined with raisins, raspberries and a great acidity. Medium+ finish
