Olfattiva: pienamente intenso e ampio, fine / eccellente
Dominante: lasciando evaporare la SO2, fruttato, balsamico, minerale
mela cotta, miele, madorle, fico secco, vaniglia, arancia candita, leggera nota animale (sauvignon)
gustativa: dolce, caldo e morbido. fresco e leggermente sapido
intenso +, persistente eccellente
