Rhone like apricot nose herbed with nutty galangal mineral notes. Medium body with mild acidity, slightly tart. Good complexity. Notes of anise on the long delicious mineral finish. Excellent especially at this qpr. Delicious now with some potential for aging a few years....maybe more. Reminds me of a white CdP with five years of age. Made a coq au vin blanc using the first glass from the bottle and paired the rest with dinner. Just perfect.

(Storrs Chardonnay) Light lemon yellow color; green apple, tart pear, lemon nose; tart green and golden apple, tart lemon gelee palate with good balancing acidity and a sense of salinity; medium-plus finish (14.4% alcohol; natural cork)
