  (Disgorged in 2022, 5% Pinot Noir and 95% Chardonnay from Trépail, dosage 7 gr/l)
  Youthful nose with minerals, fruity apple sweetness and some tropical notes as it opens up in the glass. Nice and fruitful palate showing ripe green apples with a hint of tropical notes with an intense and lengthy finish showing lemon zest bitterness in a nice and pleasant way.

  (Disgorged in 2021, 5% Pinot Noir and 95% Chardonnay from Trépail, dosage 7 gr/L)
  Yellow plums, citrus and some creaminess on the youthful nose. Yellow apples acidity on the palate with a herbal touch before the citrus zesty bitterness takes over on the lengthy finish.
