By the glass at 2120 in Seattle. Nose is slightly umami, more like dusty leather than grilled meat, with blueberries and plums. Palate is nicely acidic with ripe plums, black cherries and thyme. Very nice balance and concentration, not life-changing, but a solid BTG pour as an aperitif.
