  Dernière de mes 6 bouteilles. De couleur rubis à grenat (franc, éclatant et fluide). Un nez épicé, floral (iris), fruité (cerise) et végétal (poivrons et champignons). Étonnant mais aussi des effluves de beurre d'arachides. La bouche est fraiche, cerisé, très légèrement goudronnée et épicée. Les tannins sont enrobés. Le vin est velouté/gras. Il a toujour du corps et demeure de très bonne persistance. Aurait pu encore vieillir qqes années en cave, malgrè ce que Parker et Galloni prétandaient. Le ratio 50% sangio, 30% merlot et 20% Cab-Sauvi en fait un vin plus intérresant que ses versions plus récentes fait de merlot à 50% (et qui exhube sur le caramel comme un porto).

  Drank several of these ~4 years ago and they we much stronger. This did not taste old, but hadn't gained much and has lost some fruit and balance. Tannins are stronger; pepper/heat are much stronger mid through finish. Still good Tuscan color though starting to lose its clarity. Decanted ~45 minutes.

  VISUEL: rubis moyen
  OLFACTIF:fruité discret
  GUSTATIF:bons tanins, bien équilibré en bouche. Les saveurs fruités sont bien intégrés.
  ENSEMBLE: très bon....
