  A very well-made wine, but not my kind of Terra Alta wine. An unblended Garnatxa Peluda wine, sourced from different vineyard plots (limestone soils) near the city of Batea (province of Tarragona). Maturation: aged for ten months in Austrian oak barrels. Color: quite translucent cherry-red in color with a watery rim. Bouquet: enticing aromas of blueberry and strawberry fruit, almonds, leather and a hint of cedar wood. On the palate: a light- to medium-bodied wine with juicy red forest and bramble fruit, smooth tannins and a fine acid structure. Finish: good harmonious aftertaste. For lovers of wines with a light body and a high alcohol content. Drink it now and over the next 2–3 years.
  
  Zonder twijfel een degelijke wijn, maar niet echt wat ik van een Terra Alta-wijn verwacht. Een 100 percent Garnatxa Peluda-wijn, afkomstig van verschillende wijngaardpercelen (kalksteengronden) in de buurt van het stadje Batea (provincie Tarragona). Rijping: tien maanden in Oostenrijkse eiken vaten. Kleur: vrij doorschijnend kersrood van kleur met een waterige rand. Bouquet: verleidelijke aroma's van bosbessen en aardbeifruit, amandelen, leder en ook een vleugje cederhout. In de mond: een lichte tot middelkrachtige wijn met sappig rood bos- en bramenfruit, zachte tannines en een fijne aciditeitsstructuur. Finale: goede harmonieuze afdronk. Voor liefhebbers van wijnen met weinig body en een hoog alcoholgehalte. Drink hem nu en in de komende 2-3 jaar.
