Label says “bright, lively, crisp, delicate fruit and floral notes.” In this case it’s spot on. In addition I caught it on sale for $6.89, an almost unbeatable qpr. 90+

13.2% alcohol; screw top with faint aroma of alcohol, generic fruit, and a whiff of metal; medium to long legs, very light hi-carat gold color; nose of citrus, light colored cassis, generic fruit; opened and tasted 15 minutes later at approximately 11 degrees C; the label mentions passion fruit and one taster can't get off of pineapple, but I also sense an interesting complexity that goes way beyond the wine's modest price; there is a layer below the fruit -- metal, earth, maybe a fruit that doesn't exist in nature, that builds toward the back of the palate and into the medium finish, a little bit like figs or prunes and very satisfying on a hot South Florida Treasure Coast late afternoon; I echo the other reviewers' comments that the QPR here is much better than one would expect; the wine just about makes it to '90' in my view; pair with cold water oil-rich fish like Coho salmon or Chilean sea bass, prepared on pecan wood on a charcoal or gas grill; sweet potato fries would taste good with it too

Honeydew melon, pear and citrus with no real depth or secondary notes. More sweet than acidic, with a medium dry finish.

Another pleasant surprise in my mixed mystery case and quite the bargain at $6.50, too. Pineapple, pineapple and more pineapple.
