Notes of dark cherry, plum, blackberry, crushed florals, black pepper and cacao. The palate is fresh, light with a soft round mouthfeel, light dusty tannins, lean mid-palate with red/dark fruit, baking spice and an easy-drinking simple finish.

Under ripe cherries, blackcurrants, fresh herbs, some spice notes. Nice firm tannins, very low acid. Pair with some kind of fatty meat dish. (a carnitas Burrito here in California!)
