  • No decanting and cold from the fridge
    - Opened and drunk at summertime with a 30 degree temperature
    .
    The nose:
A tiny elderflower and honey note. Lemon zest, citrus, stone fruit, unmature pineapple.

    The palate:
    Somehow its kind of bubbly.
Same notes as the nose, added with mango, grape and stone fruit. A really fruit bomb with rich characters.
Drink with seafood, creamy pasta. Spicy food will ruin this wine.

I drank it with french Tacos and it that was a fine combination

    Acidity medium
    Tannin low
    Body medium+
Dry wine and drink it cold otherweise the acidity kicks in more.

I'm been dying to find a white wine that wasn't to tannic, to acid, or riesling or chardonnay, but just pure fruit without anything else involved than fruit - so a perfect wine to drink when its really hot without a overwhelming note of sugar or oak - and I think that I found it now!
