👅 Medium-bodied (ABV 13%) with razorsharp acidity (high), apricot, Rose’s lime and yellow rose petals on the palate. Long saline mineral finish
📝 Medium intensity on the nose and high intensity on the palate. Dry, even though there’s some residual sweetness. Fascinating how this wine changes its nature when one sucks in air into the mouth so that air mixes with wine, causing the wine to shift from apricot to lime.
Residual sugar: 6,6 g/l Total Acidity: 7,3 g/l

Intended for a pairing with shrimp, this ended up being consumed vigorously as an aperitif with hors d'oeuvres. A crowd pleaser as it had enough stuffing and acidity to go great with the snacks but just enough residual sugar to excite peoples' palates. Much improved after 45 minutes in glass - so if I had more, I'd decant a bit. Would definitely buy again!

👃 Fresh lemon, mandarin, white peach and apricot.

I though I would like it, but didn't. Kaffir lime and citrus leaf too strident.

Super nice! Drinking quite young at the moment but so full of bright citrus and acid loveliness that it’s just the thing in this summer heat.
