  Clear and bright gold colour, nose of cherry blossom, merest whiff of petrol, flint. The palate is honeyed with pineapple and cherry, then lifted by a bright acidity with lemon bitters into long, mineral finish and a herbal edge (think Ricola Swiss herb drops). My favourite Dönnhoff from a mixed case. Young though - plenty of scope to develop.
