Not at the level of the 2020. Light on fruit. Tastes more like a cabernet franc (or midway between a cabernet franc and a cabernet sauvignon) as it lacks the sweetness one usually finds in a cabernet sauvignon. Still a pleasurable sipper, as it has good juiciness / quality acidity.

Rather insipid juice that is somehow simultaneously underripe with green tannin and overripe, with purple juice competing with waaay too much alcohol for attention. It is quite light on body, but it shows almost nothing but a little fruit, underripe green tannin (and not in that "interesting" way, but just unpleasant), and alcohol. [There is somewhere deep beneath the unpleasantness a bit of interesting blackberry, cassis, and herbaceousness.] I tried hard to like this even a little. But no.

Black cherry, black licorice, tobacco. Dark, purple and sweet for a cab. Couldn’t drink a lot of this in one sitting but a nice sip and undeniable value. I’d buy this again.
