Reductive. Typical Bierzo, in a light and elegant style. Fresh red fruits, ground pepper, and bresaola. Depth develops glass by glass - this one is not as simple as it may first seem. However, it does not compare favorably with Raul Perez' Vizcaina Vitoriana/Rapolao/Gundinas bottlings from the same vintage

Red fruit, cranberry, raspberry. Smoke and some earthy smells. Grainy texture. High acid, low tannin. Refreshing tangy finish. Very good.

A very likeable Bierzo which is light but not without depth. Juicy, well-balanced, with good tannin and acidity, excellent food wine.Excellent value.
