  • Moderate lemon in the glass. Subtle nose of yellow and green apple, guava, some white flowers. Nice chunk of secondary notes as well. Light-bodied, zippy acidity, very soft mousse. Really well-made Champers, but definitely not as in-your-face style as you'd get from a Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. This is pure elegance.
