12.5% ABV. PNP into Grassl Liberte glass (“Root” day): Medium golden to the eyes.Mango peels, lemon oil, whiffs of almost petrol-like nuances that is not unlike top Timorasso / Riesling. Ethereal white spices.Medium and bright acidity, good minerality, citrus fruits driven, not the longest nor the most complex finish but an authentic, wholesome style here.Amazing value here and would be a great food companion for most dishes indeed. 94 points easy.

Post Election ""Drink Your Mood" Tasting...No Orange Wine (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): My first time tasting Lignier Aligoté, this was unmistakably Aligoté with its lean, tart character with just enough richness from the vintage to come across as enjoyable and balanced. Drink young.
