  Giallo dorato.
  Naso complesso e fine.
  Frutti tropicali frutta e gialla matura fiori di campo e il bacio e qualche piccola nota di pasticceria.
  Al palato fresco e sapido ma anche minerale ottima morbidezza persistente

  Medium lemon in the glass. Solidly complex nose on the primary fruit front - aromas of meadow flowers, peach, nectarine, yellow apple, stony minerality. The palate is marked with a lot of texture, moderate acidity and a really nice edge of salinity. Long, mineral finish. Not going to develop in the bottle, but a well-made wine nonetheless.

  On y retourne et toujours aussi bon.
  Belles arômes de poires et citrons confits, et de cream soda et de roches mouillées. Fizz à l'attaque.
  Texture huileuse, belle allonge fruité (fruits blancs et citrons confits). Bel équilibre et complexité, et même une petite tension qui s'étire sur une finale saline. Bcp de vin dans le verre.
  Bémol sur le bouchon douteux... à moitié imbibé et 'loose'...

  NOSE: earthy, oiled linen; succulent fallen lemon steeped in sweet herbs. It holds a posture reminiscent of a middle aged, cru grand vin. Earthy breezes carrying dappled, distant tones. A chorus in the basilica. From the other direction comes a lemon-basil-saltwater torte. MOUTH: Wow. Juicy not unlike recent drinks from De Moor and Cadette and Robert Weil. But better. Its finishedness is just that extra puzzle piece more complete. Serene mineral bones are pointed to by golden, thirst-quenching, irresistible fruit. As this shameless parade of poise and generosity proceeds, it sheds a gentle dust of bitter chalk. The effect is drying. It acts like a sudden, cheerful clamor, the sound of a gate opening on the next drink from the cup. FOOD: Jose’s Gourmet spicy sarine salad. Radish, parsley, vinegar, mayo, tomato paste. Chill it down. Chill everything down, even the wine glass.
