Medium purple colour. Medium nose with dark plum, dark cherry, potting soil and wet stone. Medium taste of dark plum, dark cherry, leather, marzipan and wet stone. Medium long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium tannins. Medium body. A very good Beaujolais Villages Nouveau that feels integrated after two months in the cellar. Still some bitterness in the finish. Drink now. Decanted for an hour. Goes well with duck, pork or poultry.
