Cool climate wine aromatics. There are mulberries, tomatoes, toasted clove, gravel and seasoned oak on the nose. Palate is dry and clean. Medium-bodied structure which has some edges to the texture. Tannins are somewhat rough in a short and dry finish. Goes better with rich food than on its own.

A light-ish, aromatic and very fresh wine, a pretty wine, not at all what I expected from Greece. Especially by the end of the 4 days I drunk it over, it reminded me particularly of a cabernet franc from the Loire in its make-up. I decanted it, and gave it a couple of hours. It did have a tannic edge on first acquaintance, so I think that was wise.
It's clearly been made for relatively early drinking. But the way it developed over 4 days as I drank it, I think you could keep it a few years, if you wanted to. I would expect it to become less aromatic, but the palate will become more complex.
So, very different from what I expected. But in its own terms a very decent wine of good vfm.

Medium body with deep purple colour. Good aroma of strawberry. Ripe strawberry and raspberry palette. Dusty, smoke and herb leading to a feel of hot Mediterranean countryside. Very enjoyable with a bit more depth than his young vines cuvee.

Good to see some of these rarer grapes becoming available, quite a strong brambly nose and a powerful first mouthful, this faded a bit as the bottle went down, a spicy Rhone like finish, being a youthful '19 bottle it might appreciate a little more time to soften it a bit, VFM.

Delicious and rather dark aromas with pine and forest. Juicy with a slightly bitter finish. Noticable alcohol.
