  • Great klunkability. I'm loving it. Will get more. 92.

  • A slightly different style from those others in the Madric area, huge nose on opening but you would not think Grenache, later settled into a more normal style of aromatics, almost a full bodied wine, good fresh fruity mouthful with spicies and herbs and some length, acid not as intrusive as some, worth a punt it is what it is.
It seems to have by other vintage notes a varied appraisal, would like to give a different vintage a go with this one.

  • The cork disintegrated, so had to decant and use a paper coffee filter to get to the wine.

On the nose: strawberries, roses, this wine is quite aromatic but the nose is quite misleading.

On the palate: red fruits, strawberries and plums, a lot of earthiness and a long spiced finish. The wine is medium to full bodied, and a great wine to have with a burger.
