  • Last bottle, decanted even tho shouldn't have but held up nicely as it sat for couple hrs, went well with burgers shared with 6 people everyone totally enjoyed this wine simple but good

  • C: Med+ Purple

    A: BlackCurrant, dash of Black Olive, Blackberry, all fruit all the time

    T: Med Body, Med Acid, Med+ Tannin
    plums, prunes, blackberry, dash of Black Olive

    Conclusion: Good Solid fruit together nicely right now wish I saved those bottle I drank earlier that were a little off balance, just nice solid fruit reminds me of some California Wines.

  • Cab Sauv, Syrah, Grenache Blend

    C: Ruby still a hint of Purple [Guess from the Syrah in it still]
    Day 1
    A: Good Quality Blackberry, lovely nose, Fish Sc?[was cooking with it so...]Cherry Acetone/Licourice, even a touch Nibb Candy [grenache?]
    T: Good fruit Earth tones [red fruit mainly] Tannins check, acid check really lovely structure, little creamy and dsah of Vanilla

    Day 2:
    A: Earth, Coffee. big and warm, Dark Licourice, Dark Chocolate
    T: Red fruit [strawberry/cranberry] good tannin/acid

    Think this is showing way better now then 3 years ago, I don't know how it will do with anymore age. I think it was showing better on day 1 but day 2 isn't a total let down

  • Purple going to watery rim, Aroma, A Watery Rubber, Spice, Warmth Taste: Initial Creamy, Vanilla, Sour Cherry, Tart Apples. Soft Tannins Med Acidity. Oak Pronounced. Little Grapey. Medium Minus Body
    Overall an Ok Wine wasn't really out of balance just more thin then anything
