  Popped and poured. Stellar wine, so smooth and suave, with great presence and no hard edges. Really gorgeous deep yellow--and leggy, too! Creamy citrus aromas waft from the glass, very lovely. But it is in the mouth where the true glories of this wine really reveal themselves, with such a complex melange of flavors I am tempted to think this may be the best wines of its type I have ever had the pleasure to taste. Honey, beeswax, fine-beaded acidity, and round citrus fruit. Only in the finish is it apparent that this wine, at 4 years of age, was just a baby. All the same, just a beauty, though I daresay it will only get better with more bottle-ageing. Quite a treat! 5-13-17-9: 94/100.
