Pale Gold, Med aroma intensity. White floral aroma (gardenia?), waxy, minerality, Cedar/oak. On the palate - Pear, green apple, lemon, honey, almond. Med (+) Acid, & Finish. 13.5% ABV
Notes: Saint-Véran is in the southern half of the Mâconnais sub-region of Burgundy. The area is divided by the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation.)
Aged for 18 to 30 months in barrels (20% new, 50% two passages, 30% more than two passages)
