Super jammy fruit bomb. Very round and weighty mouth feel. Viscous with long thick legs.
This is what I like. The berry tartness evolves on my tongue and in the glass as well. Lingers on the palate and kind of leaves a faint tingle in the back of the throat.
Hard to stop sipping once poured. Blueberry, strawberry, raspberry notes. A bit yeasty on the nose when first opened, but that dissipates quickly if you use a milk frothing wand to aerate the first glass. You won't need to froth the second glass.
It would be hard to find a better red wine than this for $12. I found it at K&L Wines in San Francisco.

Fruit explosion of blackberries. OK sipping, no complexity.

A giant fruit fest...and I do mean giant. What it lacks in complexity it makes up for with waves of fruit. The abv, listed at 15.5, packs a wallop.
