Higher dosage but quite drinkable, neither excessively ripe nor very minerally, just a likeable entry level champagne. For $20 a step up from the more lean and awkward Crémant you might usually find. Good brunch bottle.

Perfectly serviceable Champagne that hints at all the hallmarks --yeast, white fruit, nice mouthfeel with notable acid to back it up--without feeling regal enough to overthink it. Tasty

Pale lemon in color.
Nose of citrus, yeast, brioche, spices, sea salt, minerals and green apples.
Medium bodied with high acidity.
Dry on the palate with limes, light grapefruits, citrus, green apples, herbs, yeast, sea salt and spices.
This is a nice entry level Champagne. Tangy and spicy. Good by itself and better with food.
Needs 30 minutes to open up properly.
A blend of 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier and 17% Chardonnay.
12% alcohol by volume.
89 points.
$35.

Notes from blind tasting:
Red apple, lemon, red cherry pit, almond, cheesecake, herbal.
Med + acid, med body definitely a blend with predominantly red grapes.
Ethereal, good but nothing special.
At $20 it doesn't need to be special.

Brut. Beautiful harmonious notes. Green apple, some yeast, brioche. A little exotic/citrus. Creamy.
