  • Drank at home.
The grapes were whole bunch pressed, the wine was made with wild yeast, aged in old barrel and bottled unfined.
The wine shows bright clear color.
The wine shows medium intensity in both the nose and palate. The wine shows ripe citrus fruit, high cereal/earthy notes, even malt.
In the palate the wine shows minerality, medium acidity, lemon, citrus, green apples and medium finish.
I find the nose more interesting than the palate. The wine lacks body and real complexity, but its highly drinkable and very good wine to have by the glass.
