  • This is a deep red coloured wine showing early maturity on the brim.
On the nose it shows off some CF typicity (capsicum and very green wet grass).
In the mouth there is some very fine tannic grip and a little deep aromatics. However, the acidity is far from stellar. Green, angry and too high, it tears the wine apart.

Nevertheless, it acts nicely as a white wine and married tonight's salad and tonight's crustacean and bivalve risotto. But, by itself, this is not a lot of pleasure.

This will live well for many more years to come, guessing it will still be alive in 2050.
