  Conservé sous vacu-vin, trois jours plus tard il est époustouflant! Pur et droit, avec beaucoup d'éclat et de fraicheur. La finale est très longue, savoureuse, avec des notes salines complexes. 93 ts

  Coravin. Light yellow color; medium intensity aromatic, citrus oil, mineral, almost slight butterscotch; palate is full bodied, medium 13.5% alcohol, medium-plus acidity, great balance, less fruit driven and more textural and structural; medium-plus length finish, citrus rind. A very nice young white burgundy, probably fairly priced at about $80 and a value at less than that. 92+

  醒酒一个小时后，成熟到有绵沙感的苹果、菠萝、柠檬皮、脆黄桃、柑橘硬糖和一点酸枣，中段浮现出绵密的鲜奶油（奶糖）、香草奶昔和烟熏矿物感，个中还穿插着带甜味的花香，以及丝缕蒸腾而出的淡雅野花香，整体成熟，但亦有平静清晰及克制感。入口酸度抓人，支撑全体，口腔有轻微光滑的酥麻感，轻微的白茶感，口中感觉扎实比较饱满有层次，熟苹果、菠萝等热带果、脆黄桃等多汁，中后段过渡到柑橘调，带有橘子皮和柠檬汁的味道，还有些奶油、栗子蓉和矿物感，收尾还有些杏子味。美中不足就是稍有酒精感。
  
  大概5个小时后，热带果味（出现一丝芒果奶昔味）和香草奶油以及栗子蓉一道，显得更绵密且有流动感，和鼻腔的触面带微微的绒感，周遭萦绕着一圈多汁的苹果和酸柠檬味。入口更清晰，酸度出挑，前段还比较温和，后段杀出重围，持续激起生津。收尾还有点清甜感。
  
  第二天闻起来多了点番石榴味，奶糖和一点点麦芽糖混合着果味，气味有整体感。口感没有太多退化，口中酸度高，集中度还行，有些立体感，酚类物质的触感明显，主要是柠檬、苹果和热带果，中后段偶尔会有一丝白玫瑰香，收尾些许酸奶。总的来说还太年轻，不容易完全打开。92+/100

  This is certainly too young and I struggled to really understand this wine, the quality is definitely there, however at this stage there is quite a bit of wood presence and my guess is this a high density as well. This certainly is a larger, slight fatter style of wine. This needs a good couple of years to fully integrate. Drink from 2023+

  Nez boisé, fruit jaune, bouche grasse et voluptueuse. L’élevage est encore présent et je l’attendrai un ou deux ans. Délicieux, mais moins prêt que le '18 au même âge. 90-91+ pts
