  I gave this about ~2 hours of air before drinking. This showed off a lovely, dark red-fruited style with raspberries, cranberries, sour red berries, violets, warm earth, baking spices, herbs, and some crushed rocks. The Medium bodied feel is balanced and refined with crisp, medium+ acidity and silky, medium+ tannins. This is clearly youthful with a lovely, primary tartness to the fruit right now. With the modern style of red burgundy allowing for earlier drinking, this may never really shut down. That said, I would love to see where this goes with another 6-8+ years of aging.
