  Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, butter, flint, salty sea and chalk. Medium taste of ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, butter, flint, salty sea and chalk. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Grand Cru Chablis with good minerality and a creamy touch. Drink now. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

  Wasn't overly impressed on first day (92-93ish at most), the stuffings were there , honeysuckle, butterscotch, vanilla with a lively acidity but somehow didn't really come together and match the high scores given.
  
  On 2nd day, was quite a different beast, alot more body balanced with fine acidity and what a finish of pure chardy nectar. Its like having the best freshly squeezed juicy lemonade you ever had and thought why aren't all lemonades like that. And wow what a long finish.
  Clearly a wine that would benefit from a little more age to bring the components together.

  Wonderful Nose. Classic notes, but also tropical and floral? Banana, white chocolate and macadamia? Honeysuckle/tons of white flower. Killer acidity. It is almost oxymoronic: both powerful and delicate, balanced on a knife's edge. Intuition says this is perfectly-structured.

  Nose of light coconut and lemon.
  Palate leads with tart and dense lemon, chalky minerality, saline. Med+ acid and a bit of a bite. 13% Alc.
  Good stuff.
