Minerals and green herbs in the bouquet. Same on the palate. Herbaceous, box wood, medium+ citrus acidity, passion fruits, round and slightly drying in the finish.

Tighter than the ’18, which I’ve had on several occasions this summer. This has more of the white crayon sharpness but also ample gooseberry fruit. Recommended as a fresh aperitif for sure, but maybe also for laying down a year or two.

Notevole Sauvignon Blanc neozelandese. Dal naso molto riconoscibile (pompelmo, foglia di pomodoro, peperone).
