This is a good entry-level Chablis. It is elegant, balanced, intensive, freshly acidic and fairly fruity, displaying pleasant notes of limestone, minerals, grass and lemon.

Steely but ripe acidity, oyster shells and salted butter, white flowers and ripe citrus fruit (lemon, orange), slightly low energy but strikes a lovely overall balance between fruit and freshness, percaline bitters, good resonance and length. Good Chablis tout court and good value.

Enjoyed at au Comptoir in Vancouver. This was a very nice fresh lemon and oyster shell focused Chablis.
