  Bordeaux Blend tasting (chez moi): Deep ruby-red color.
  Pronounced aromas intensity of blackcurrant, plum, and spice, with hints of cedar, tobacco, and leather.
  Dry, high acidity, high well-integrated tannins, high abv, full-bodied and well-Flavors of blackcurrant, plum, and spice, with potential for subtle notes of chocolate and earth.
  Long and lingering, with hints of black pepper and spice.
  Overall excellent complexed wine.
  Can drink now - suitable for further aging.
