  Clear and quite elegant nose of pear, hints of yeast, bright flowery notes, some stone fruit in the background developing with air. Surprisingly powerful on the palate with perfectly integrated alcohol and nicely balancing acidity. Not the most complex, but very well made, could get even better with 2-3 years of aging.
