Harsh tannins and lacking the floral nose I recall when it was young. 6/21 note: I'm guessing this will open up and become a 93 as I'm tasting it after it was shipped 2k miles and it is young. Well balanced and restrained in style (feels WA state/red mountain in style) so I'd expect to see much more complexity emerge over the next 5-10 years. Mild tannins, nice acid. Classic cab franc aromas and profile. Paired well with truffle cheeses
