Yummy. Shows the telltale reductive note on the nose and palate, but there's lots of depth and complexity behind it. Still pretty primary flavors, but this is long and deliciously drinkable. These wines are so solid and consistent -- always a pleasure to drink.

Pale straw color, slightly reductive nose with some grapefruit and quince. More quince and/or under-ripe green apple and a dash of honey. Lip smacking acidity and a steely minerality. This would go well with shellfish but tonight it gets chicken pot pie.

Strong reduction. I agree with the prior notes mentioning petrol, which is interesting. Once you get past the struck match/spent fireworks, nose of Asian pear, petrol, dried hay, chalk, red apple skin & jasmine. As it decants, the nose transitions to almost a baked caramel pear tart.
On tasting, hints of Meyer lemon, crisp Gala apple, fresh cut potato, and salty ocean rocks, and spearmint. Plenty of acid.
