New Zealand - Martinborough (Imperial College, London): Garnet. The re fruit is very creamy, lively and bright. On the palate the fruit is smooth with fine tannin. There's still power here but the balance is good, it's still really fresh. The fruit becomes a little jammy with time. A few years ahead of it, this one.

Truffles on this complex fruity nose.
Fruity, well balanced, complex, well structured, rich with good length.
