  • Dry Zibibbo from Pantelleria. A little funky. Some of it blew off, but not all of it; and the wine has that horse blanket note throughout. High intensity of aromas - mostly peaches, orange peel, fresh green herbs. Medium + body. Overall an interesting expression of Zibibbo.

Paired with Haraimi - a Libyan Jewish dish, which is sea bass in a lemon chili sauce.
