  Base vintage 2016, degorged Feb 2022.
  
  Beautiful nose of toasted brioche slathered with apricot jam, membrillo and lime zest. Really lively palate, loaded with key lime, lime zest, kumquat and oyster shell salinity. Lean and zingy and quite good. Wish it had a bit more dosage. Seems like it should last for several years and perhaps improve. 92

  Made our Christmas eve very festive. We drank it with caviar and really enjoyed it.

  Mixed feelings on this. Would never have guessed it's background blind though it was definitely >dry. Not appropriate as an aperitif and yet it didn't hold up as well as I'd have liked with oysters on the 1/2 shell. 2014 base, 2019 6g/l degorgement. 70% chard/30% pinot.

  A great balance of a flavors; on the richer side. The main shortcoming I noticed was a short finish.
